- Mentorship & Growth: Cultivate a high-performance engineering culture, mentoring junior developers and data scientists.
- System Optimization: Optimize model inference speeds and reduce computational overhead for real-time applications.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and security experts to integrate AI solutions safely and effectively.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Algorithmic Mastery: Proven track record of deploying state-of-the-art models (e.g., LLMs, GANs) in production environments.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex system failures and innovate under pressure.
