Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum AI frameworks leveraging 100+ qubit processors
- Lead development of hybrid quantum-classical neural networks for predictive analytics
- Architect secure quantum-resistant encryption protocols for 2026 infrastructure
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum AI standardization initiatives
- Pioneer real-time quantum machine learning algorithms for autonomous systems
- Translate theoretical quantum advantage into industry-specific business applications
- Mentor next-generation quantum AI researchers through our Future Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Proven track record developing production-grade AI systems at scale
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance techniques
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures (HPC/AI clusters)
- Strong background in cryptography and post-quantum security protocols
