Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical capabilities with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research into emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and non-technical teams.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all technical implementations adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and delivering high-impact products.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and pivot strategies based on market trends.
