Responsibilities
- Design and architect the core infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring high scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists, ML engineers, and researchers to define technical roadmaps and deliver milestones.
- Oversee the selection and optimization of ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Establish best practices for model deployment, MLOps pipelines, and data governance to ensure robustness.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering department.
- Monitor system performance and drive architectural improvements to handle future growth.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead architectural role.
- Proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems and deep learning architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and modern machine learning libraries.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through complex project lifecycles and agile methodologies.
