Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the end-to-end design of complex AI systems for the Project 2026 roadmap.
- Define technical strategies and best practices for machine learning model deployment and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to drive innovation.
- Optimize existing neural networks and deep learning models for superior performance and efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
