- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous coding standards and mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Programming Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, Rust, or C++ with a proven track record of optimizing performance-critical code.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
