Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex technical tickets.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and perform software updates.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients to ensure they understand our platform.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/macOS), and networking concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
