Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy for analysis.
- Assist in the creation of data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Excel.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and patterns.
- Support the senior analytics team in reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand data requirements.
- Document data processes and maintain data dictionaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Familiarity with SQL and basic understanding of database structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
