Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Active Directory environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement security protocols
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Manage cloud services including Azure and Office 365 migrations
- Lead incident response and disaster recovery initiatives
- Mentor junior IT staff and conduct system training
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in enterprise environments
- CompTIA Security+ and Microsoft Azure certifications required
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Active Directory
- Strong networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
- Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotation
