Responsibilities
- Architect and implement cloud-native applications using AWS/Azure
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through code reviews and pair programming
- Lead agile sprints and drive technical decisions
- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with Product teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Contribute to open-source projects and tech community events
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in Python, JavaScript, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven track record with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent hands-on experience
- Strong problem-solving skills with algorithm design expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
