Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting metrics.
- Prepare clear, concise weekly and monthly reports for management review.
- Support the continuous improvement of our data management processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Index/Match.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a strong plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data simply.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a direct hire environment.
