Role Overview:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the product vision and strategy, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver products that delight our customers. This is a direct hire opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to stakeholders and the development team.
- Conduct market research and analyze user data to identify new opportunities for product improvement.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are clearly defined and executed.
- Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure delivery of high-value increments.
- Drive A/B testing and analytics to measure product performance and iterate on solutions.
- Mentor junior product managers and contribute to the team's technical and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related technical role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing SaaS or web products.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is a plus.
