Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to identify trends and patterns.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of complex dashboards and reporting tools using Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical models.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, schemas, and methodologies.
- Support senior analysts with ad-hoc queries, data validation tasks, and database maintenance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of SQL and database management principles (knowledge of SQL is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and grow within a fast-paced corporate environment.
