Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain company devices, printers, and network infrastructure.
- Configure and troubleshoot VPNs, remote access solutions, and security protocols.
- Document technical solutions and maintain a high-quality ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees regarding IT protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
- 2+ years of professional IT support or helpdesk experience.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Office Suite, and Windows 10/11.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
