Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, email, and in-person.
- Manage and maintain the company inventory of IT equipment, including laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install, configure, and deploy new workstations and software applications for employees.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Assist in maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment through regular system checks.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new technologies and process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to obtain relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends if necessary.
