Responsibilities
- Provide elite-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across the organization.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain hardware and software solutions to ensure optimal performance.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support, systems administration, or a related IT field.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and network protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, including Windows and macOS environments.
