Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory and materials throughout the facility.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, stocking, and cycle counts to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure all outgoing shipments meet our rigorous quality standards before they leave the dock.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and precision, ensuring timely delivery to our clients.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, wear required PPE, and report any unsafe conditions immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: A minimum of a high school education or equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License: A current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are required for this role.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and consistent attendance is essential.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using computer systems for data entry and inventory tracking.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members and supervisors.
- Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in inventory counts and order processing.
