Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote access
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues with efficiency and precision
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or help desk environments
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with network connectivity issues
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional weekends
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
