- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate inventory logs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve systemic IT issues.
- Conduct routine system audits to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP and DNS.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time role.
