Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using React and Node.js.
- Translate complex business requirements into clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Lead code reviews and establish best practices for CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Optimize database queries and frontend rendering to improve Core Web Vitals and SEO scores.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver features on time.
- Participate in architectural planning and system design workshops.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
- Expert proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).
- Strong backend skills with Node.js, Express, or Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
