Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern technologies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture design.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in software development and engineering.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to relocate to Texas or work remotely from Virginia.
