Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware/software issues
- Manage network security protocols and system updates
- Diagnose and resolve VPN, cloud, and infrastructure problems
- Document incidents using ITSM tools (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Train end-users on new systems and best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required
- Proficiency in Windows OS and Active Directory
- Experience with Azure/O365 administration
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Chicago residency preferred (no relocation needed)
