Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring 99.9% uptime and optimal performance.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems, servers, and peripheral devices.
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols to prevent data breaches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable IT solutions.
- Train employees on new software applications and security best practices.
- Document all technical processes and maintain accurate inventory records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively in a remote and hybrid setting.
