Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years in leadership/mentorship roles
- Expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of microservices architecture
- Proven track record of delivering enterprise solutions
- CI/CD pipeline mastery (Jenkins/GitLab/GitHub Actions)
- Relevant certifications (AWS/Azure Solutions Architect preferred)
