Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain IT infrastructure systems across 50+ workstations
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for network hardware and software issues
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Manage cloud services (AWS/Azure) and hybrid environment configurations
- Document technical procedures and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Experience with enterprise network security tools (SIEM, firewalls)
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under tight deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
