- Handle 50+ inbound/outbound customer calls daily with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service inquiries using CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues
- Maintain detailed case notes and update customer records in real-time
- Achieve 95%+ customer satisfaction score through active listening
- Participate in daily team huddles to align on priorities
- Identify process improvement opportunities for enhanced efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English
- Ability to multitask while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional off-site meetings)
