- Manage high-volume ticket queues using Salesforce CRM
- Process orders and troubleshoot technical issues for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions and resolutions
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for response time and resolution rate
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in B2B environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
