Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Receive and resolve incoming customer calls, emails, and chats with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues, answer questions regarding products/services, and provide accurate information.
- CRM Management: Accurately log all customer interactions and data into our customer relationship management system.
- Shift Operations: Perform essential duties during weekend shifts, including processing orders and managing queues.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with the weekday support team to ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
