Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and efficiency
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues while maintaining customer satisfaction metrics
- Document interactions in CRM systems and update customer records accurately
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with supervisors
- Maintain detailed knowledge of products/services through continuous learning
- Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Customer service or call center experience (not required but preferred)
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
