- Meet/exceed productivity metrics (25+ calls/hour)
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours (evenings/weekends required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass background check/drug screening
