- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and digital customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and Zendesk platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet daily performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or BPO setting
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
