Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets to upper management when necessary while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates efficiently using our CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure their needs are met and identify opportunities for upselling.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in our database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
