Responsibilities
- Handle 50+ customer inquiries daily via phone/email/chat
- Resolve billing and service issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Process orders and update customer accounts in real-time
- Collaborate with sales team to identify upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation
- Meet weekly performance metrics (CSAT >90%, AHT <180s)
- Participate in quarterly skills development workshops
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- 1+ years customer service experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Spanish/English bilingual fluency required
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Available for flexible shifts (including weekends)
