Responsibilities
- Manage Customer Interactions: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve Issues: Identify customer needs and provide accurate information or escalate complex issues to management.
- Process Transactions: Accurately process orders, returns, and account updates using our CRM software.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed and up-to-date logs of all customer interactions and account activities.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure workflow efficiency.
- Adaptability: Learn and adapt to new products, policies, and software tools quickly.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we train enthusiastic beginners.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
