Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care (bathing, feeding, mobility assistance)
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to medical staff
- Assist with medication administration under supervision
- Maintain accurate patient records and charting
- Support activities of daily living (ADLs) for elderly patients

Qualifications
