- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly performance goals.
- Process transactions and handle payments efficiently using POS systems.
- Organize office materials and support administrative operations as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
