Responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and peripherals.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions accurately.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through clear and empathetic communication.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT is a plus.
- Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office Suite is mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
