Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a professional, empathetic tone.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account adjustments accurately and efficiently.
- Update and maintain customer databases and records to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex issues and improve service processes.
- Document customer feedback and escalate critical issues to management promptly.
- Assist in onboarding new team members by sharing best practices.
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
