Responsibilities

- Process Transactions: Execute orders, returns, and exchanges with precision.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service or support roles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot issues.
