Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and customer service via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, billing, and account access.
- Log all interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Assist in training new hires to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or tech support is preferred but not required.
- Must have a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based tools.
