Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls and emails with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Resolve product and service issues by clarifying the customer's request, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately within company guidelines.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on product features and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday–Sunday) and flexible shifts as required.
- Proficiency with computers and basic office software (MS Office, Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
