- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal software systems.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Update customer records in the database with up-to-date information.
- Provide accurate product and service information to help customers make informed decisions.
Qualifications

- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Reliable transportation and computer access are required.
