Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through complex software or service solutions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve escalated issues.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to meet revenue targets.
- Stay updated on the latest product features, policies, and industry trends to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to company quality standards and compliance regulations during every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; an associate's degree or relevant technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments is highly desirable.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
