- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of global market trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscapes to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and mentor a diverse team of strategists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation and forward-thinking.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex strategic visions to the board of directors and executive leadership team with clarity and conviction.
- Innovation Integration: Identify and integrate cutting-edge technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) into our long-term business model.
- Performance Measurement: Establish KPIs and OKRs to measure the success of strategic initiatives and ensure accountability across all departments.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, executive consulting, or high-level management within the technology sector.
