Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the Research and Development (R&D) of next-generation Generative AI models.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Strategic Technology roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical transformations.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication skills.
