Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies shaping 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision and market opportunities
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning for AI, quantum computing, biotech, and Web3 innovations
- Translate complex technological trends into executive-ready insights and strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed future-focused capabilities into product development
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype future-ready solutions
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and data visualizations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, Computer Science, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, innovation consulting, or corporate foresight role
- Proven expertise in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, metaverse) and market implications
- Exceptional analytical and research skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Experience developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Strong executive communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or technology trend analyses
