Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year strategic foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead executive workshops on exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Design innovation pipelines integrating blockchain, metaverse, and neurotech ecosystems
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing into corporate governance and ESG initiatives
- Author white papers on disruptive business models and societal transformation
- Manage global network of futurists and academic thought leaders
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and anticipatory leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Deep expertise in at least two exponential technology domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial innovation pipelines
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience with AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, Palantir, TrendWatching)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or technology ethics
