- Author scenario-based whitepapers on sustainable futures and human-AI symbiosis
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions aligned with 2026 market projections
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track innovation maturity quarterly
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor internal 'Future Intelligence Unit' in predictive methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Published work on exponential technology disruption or sustainable futures
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and circular economy principles
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF) required
