Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026-2030 strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize disruptive technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Produce high-impact future-state reports and executive briefings on societal and economic megatrends
- Design innovation roadmaps that align emerging opportunities with corporate objectives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist role
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, Web3, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to stakeholders
