Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic vision frameworks across all business verticals
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI) and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into executable roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Oversee the creation of scenario planning models for 2026 market conditions
- Integrate sustainability and ethical AI principles into all strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, consulting, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of influencing executive decisions through future-oriented analysis
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Advanced certification in scenario planning and trend analysis
